Haney, a master distiller, is also plant manager of Seagram's Old Prentice Distillery at Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. A sectional manager for Seagrams, Kahn talks about Seagrams' Louisville, Kentucky operation, cost saving devices installed, the personalities involved, including Fred Wilkie and Sam Brofmann; and unionization of the Louisville plant.

Phillips, of the Seagrams Lawrenceburg, Kentucky plant, worked in the fermenting room, the yeast room and for years was the union steward in that plant.
